Mohammad Hassan Sadeqi-Moqaddam (PhD)

Mohammad Hassan Sadeqi-Moqaddam entered Shiraz University in 1976. After one year, he started to study Judicial Rights at Tehran University. In 1994, he earned his doctorate in private law in Tarbiyat Modarres University. 

Before his selection as a member of the Constitutional Council in 2019, Sadeqi-Moqaddam was coordinating the Election Monitoring Board. In 2014, he was working as a senior advisor of Ayatollah Ahamd Jannati, the Secretary of the Council, and became a member of the legal-advisory assembly of the Council.

During the Presidential Elections of 2018, he was the head of Tehran Province Election Monitoring.

In 2019, Sadeqi-Moqaddam was recommended for membership in the Constitutional Council.
