Ayatollah Jannati calls for mobilizing all means to promote knowledge-based economy
Secretary of the Constitutional Council Ayatollah Ahmad Jannati highlighted the importance of moving toward the knowledge-based economy, stressing that all means should be mobilized to overcome the economic problems facing the country.
Addressing the Council’s regular weekly meeting on Wednesday in Tehran, Ayatollah Jannati said, “The knowledge-based economy can help the country out of problems”.
Leader of the Islamic Revolution Ayatollah Seyed Ali Khamenei designated the new Iranian calendar year of 1401 as the year of “Production: Knowledge-Based and Job-Creating.”
Referring to the slogan of the year, Ayatollah Jannati called on officials to mobilize all means and materialize the message of the Leader.
He went on to add that if we pursue this policy and make knowledge the cornerstone of the country’s economy, people’s livelihood will usher in a new hope and problems will be removed.
